- Monitor and support the team’s performance
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in daily team’s tasks
- Interact with internal customers
- Support team leaders in work prioritization
- Regular reviews with manager on people development, participation in Employee appraisal process
- Manage employee work time (vacation, work time reports)
- Financial control of the department costs
- Shift according to the weekly plan: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
- Available to work on the night shift – working hours 18:00-2:00
- At least 6 months experience in a team management
- Fluent English (Italian/French will be considered an asset)
- Ability to make decisions under time pressure
- Strong analytical skills
- Good MS Office skills: particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Flexibility to work during weekends upon request
- At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
